Web design that makes complex things obvious

Information architecture, wireframes and visual design for marketing sites that need to explain a lot, quickly. Delivered as a Figma design system your team can keep using.

What you get

What’s included

Every project is scoped to your goals, but these are the pieces you can count on.

Design starts with what buyers need to know

Most B2B and SaaS websites have the same problem: the product is genuinely useful but the site makes visitors work too hard to understand it. Pages are organised around the company’s internal structure, not the buyer’s questions. Everything is “powerful” and “seamless”. The demo button is the only next step, whatever stage the visitor is at.

Good web design fixes this before it gets to colours and type. We start with what each kind of visitor needs to know, in what order, and what would make them confident enough to take the next step.

How the design process runs

Workshop and research. We talk to the people closest to customers, review your analytics and competitors, and agree who the site is for and what it must prove. If messaging is unclear, we fix that first, because no layout rescues a vague headline.

Structure and wireframes. A sitemap and low-fidelity wireframes for key pages. This is where hierarchy, content and calls to action get decided, and where changes are cheap.

Visual design. High-fidelity desktop and mobile designs that carry your brand. We design real content wherever we can, because lorem ipsum hides the problems that matter.

Design system. Every page is assembled from a shared set of components and tokens in Figma. That system becomes the source for the build and for every page your team designs later.

Prototype and hand-off. Key interactions are prototyped, specs are documented, and responsive states are drawn so nothing is left for the developer to guess.

Built to be built

Because we also build in Webflow and Framer and Astro, our designs are grounded in what each platform does well. Components map to CMS fields, spacing maps to tokens, and animations are specified in a way a developer can actually implement.

Accessibility and conversion

Accessible design and high-converting design are mostly the same thing: clear hierarchy, readable type, obvious buttons and forms that do not punish mistakes. We check contrast, focus states and touch targets while designing, and we bring the same habits from our CRO work to every page: one clear primary action, proof near every claim, and a next step for visitors who are not ready to talk yet.

Do you only design, or also build the site?

Both. Most clients have us design and build, which avoids hand-off gaps. We also design for in-house developers or agencies, delivering Figma files with components, specs and responsive states ready to build.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your current site and analytics, any brand guidelines, a few competitors you admire or worry about, and an hour with the people who talk to customers. We handle the rest in a kickoff workshop.

How many design revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions on each key page are included in the fixed quote. In practice, agreeing the structure and wireframes first means the visual design rounds are about refinement, not starting over.

Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We design within your guidelines and extend them where the web needs more, such as interaction states, illustration styles or a wider colour range. If the brand itself needs work, see our branding and identity service.

How long does website design take?

Design for a typical marketing site takes three to four weeks within a six-to-eight week project. A single landing page can be designed in about a week.

Will we get the Figma files?

Yes. All design files, components and assets are yours, set up in your Figma workspace with a tidy structure so your team or future partners can pick them up.
